Raymond joined Disini & Disini Law Office in 2016 and is currently with the litigation department of the Firm. Before joining the Firm, he was an intern in the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel and in the University of the Philippines College of Law Office of Legal Aid.

Experience

Raymond has assisted in the prosecution and investigation of novel cybercrime incidents involving major internet-based platforms, and of numerous defendants involved in election-related offenses in the context of the Cybercrime Prevention Act. He also handles various civil, criminal, and administrative cases including the prosecution of cybercrimes involving, among others, identity theft, data deterioration, illegal access, and cyber-bullying.
